ChatHealth messaging service

The Integrated Specialist Public Health Nursing (ISPHN) Service has launched a new service for young people aged 11-19, living in the East Riding.

Humber NHS Teaching Trust is one of the first Trusts to launch ChatHealth in the Yorkshire region. ChatHealth is a confidential texting service to support young people in the East Riding with any of their health needs, and to discuss any issues that may be impacting on them emotionally.

This provides young people with quick, accessible and confidential support from our School Nursing Team. Young people can remain anonymous if they choose to, but they can also access face-to-face support and/or be signposted to local services if they choose to share their details with us.

Please see https://bit.ly/ChatHealthTerms for terms and conditions.
