Healthwatch GP Appointments Review
Healthwatch East Riding of Yorkshire (HWERY), the independent watchdog for health and social care services in the East Riding of Yorkshire, is undertaking a GP Appointment Review in order to capture the views and opinion of the public regarding booking appointments, waiting times and access to appointments. From the survey results HWERY will gain an indication of whether the people of East Riding of Yorkshire have access to GP services and the knowledge of how to access them when needed.
In the coming weeks, HWERY will be engaging with the public, through a series of outreach sessions. The survey is open to all East Riding residents who have used any GP practice. https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/NYZKJDM
There have been a number of changes to services over the last few years and this survey will give Healthwatch insight into how these services are working but also if the public are aware of different ways of booking GP appointments. People are being encouraged to share their views online if they do not see us at any events.
Questionnaires can be completed online, via the Healthwatch website, or in person at our events across the East Riding.
