Matthew Fawcett
Delivery Manager
Matthew has worked in the health and social care field for over 6 years.
Having previously worked as the Children & Young People’s Officer for Healthwatch, Matthew took over as Delivery Manager at the start of 2017.
Matthew’s role is to oversee the day to day operations of Healthwatch East Riding and to make sure that the service is capturing the views and opinions of residents across the East Riding.
Prior to Healthwatch, Matthew worked as a Communication Support Coordinator for the Stroke Association and in schools and colleges across the region teaching sport.

Steven Mottershaw
Engagement, Marketing and Communications Officer
Steven’s job is to lead on all engagement activity, ensuring that East Riding residents across all demographic groups have accessible ways to engage with Healthwatch. There will be ongoing engagement with GPs and other primary care services, as well as voluntary and community sector organisations.

Michelle Harvey
Volunteer Coordinator
Michelle works with the Healthwatch Engagement Officer to oversee the recruitment, supervision and management of Healthwatch volunteers and ensure they are able to contribute fully to the work of the organisation and also supports the general running of the Healthwatch office.
For over twenty years Michelle has worked in a wide variety of voluntary, community based roles including that of Parish Councillor, School Governor and Charity Trustee. Prior to working for Healthwatch Michelle initially worked in graphic design before moving into primary school education, where she worked for 15 years.

Chris Mills
Community Outreach Officer
Community Outreach Officer, role is to engage with young people across East Riding to find out what they think of local health services and be an advocate on their behalf. Over 20 years retail background in food, outdoor activities and technology/stationary. Keen sports person, basketball, football & Rugby roles as player as well as coaching.
As the Community Engagement Officer my role is to go out into the local community and gather people's experiences, good and bad, of health and social care in the county.
