Healthwatch Service Experience Review
Healthwatch East Riding of Yorkshire (HWERY), the independent watchdog for health and social care services in the East Riding, is undertaking a Service Experience Review in order to capture the views and opinion of the public regarding health and care services in the area. From the survey results HWERY will gain an indication of whether the people of East Riding of Yorkshire have access to relevant services and the knowledge of how to access them when needed.
In the coming weeks, HWERY will be out across the area talking to people. The survey is open to all East Riding residents who have used any health service such as urgent treatment centres, 8 to 8 centres and primary care.
There have been a number of changes to services over the last few years and this survey will give Healthwatch insight into how these services are working but also are the public aware of where to go for treatment. People are being encouraged to share their views online if they do not see us at any events.
Questionnaires can be completed online, via the Healthwatch website, or in person at our events across the East Riding. https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/hweryservicereview
